Secret Pal Strikes Again!

I got a card from my secret pal today, as well as a lovely cross-stitched bookmark. Very handy - I had to scrounge around my room to find a concert ticket for the book I just finished (Blowfly by Patricia Cornwell - important plot points are made in the book, but the book itself was choppy and just generally meh).


I'm going to try and read more - I've been slacking off this year, and I need to get back into it. Granted, next month, reading time will be writing time, since I'm going to do NaNoWriMo - National Novel Writing Month. Yes, I'm going to attempt to write a 50,000 word novel in the month of November. I have an idea that's been percolating for a few years, so why not?
